This manga changed my views on all mangas together. I seriously thought Naruto and Bleach were the best out there until I came upon this dark fantasy manga. I watched the anime first at my uncle's house. Although I didn't finish it there, I watched the rest online and when I had money, bought the dvd set. I had to read the manga, it had more stuff in it, the anime cut major important details and characters out. So I've read all of Berserk so far except maybe a few new chapters. It's my favorite with likeable characters, mainly Guts cuz he's so badass and a great storyline to follow. The manga itself is very detailed as the Kentaro Muira has to publish bimonthly. I would've bought the mangas if I money to spend. Check it out first on some free-to-read manga sites before buying it as it very mature, gory and dark.
